What we’re looking for.
Think of Salumeria as a Cheese & Charcuterie shop that would serve a nice coffee , some tasty lunch options and a glass of wine as you unwind in the evening. A good frontage and passing trade is important. Whilst great parking would be ideal, we know that we are now asking for too much! (but you never know).
Are you an Agent?
That’s not a problem, we welcome anything that meets these criteria. If you think a place really has potential, let us know! However please don’t bombard us with everything under the sun.
