Malfy Lemon G&T
Malfy Lemon Cocktail €9.50
The Vergnano family’s gin is naturally distilled in a modern fashion, but similarly builds on the bounty of the Italian land: the base is Italian wheat, the juniper is from Tuscany, and the lemons are a blend of Sicilian and boutique Amalfi Coast lemons. A fresh lemon forward gin cocktail , enjoyed in the summer. Infused with an aromatic premium tonic by Fever Tree.

Knut Hansen Cocktail €14.00
Knut Hansen Gin combines juniper, apple sweetness, cucumber freshness, green herbaceous notes and earthy liquorice to great effect and with impressive balance. The nose is instantly and enticingly fragrant with juniper, apple and herbs, and this continues onto the palate with liquorice emerging in the finish. For this reason we garnish our cocktail here at Salumeria Gardens with fresh basil, Cucumber & Juniper.
Malfy Rosa G&T
Malfy Rosa Cocktail €9.50
Malfy Gin Rosa – Made not with roses, but grapefruits and rhubarb, which give it a nicely pink hue. The nose is huge with grapefruit peel notes, with notes of lemon peel, white flowers, and — eventually — some juniper make themselves known. The palate is again big with grapefruit, lightly sweet but quote drying after that initial sugar fades, here showing more of the classic herbal notes of gin, including coriander and an interesting thyme character, leading to a lightly bitter, palate-cleansing finish.
We at Salumeria Gardens pair this lightly sweet gin with Franklin and sons premium tonic that is infused with Pink grapefruit and Bregamot to finish off the crisp aromatic flavours of this great gin.
Hendricks G&T
Hendricks Cocktail €10.50
Hendrick’s Gin finish is fairly long, with a serious juniper backed astringency. Notes of soaked rose petal, lime, Persian cucumbers, Earl Grey Tea and a surprising bitterness. A dull warmth of the spirit emanates quietly from the back of the palate. A very interesting gin and a favorite here at Salumeria Gardens. We hit the tasting notes with a premium tonic by Franklin & Sons, together with the fresh garnishes, this gin cocktail is definitely a winner in our books.
Bombay Bramble G&T

The gin really is flavored with “freshly harvested fruit and hand selected botanicals,” though the fine print notes that black carrots and black currants are used for color. A super Gin and tonic cocktail for those who like their drinks slightly on the sweet side. Garnished with raspberries, lime and mint to fully lock in the freshness of this cocktail.

It’s also one of the most unusual gins you’re likely to encounter, made from a grain neutral base with some interesting botanicals in the mix. We pair this with Franklin & Sons premium tonic. The grapefruit and Bergamot mix perfectly enhancing the botanical nose together with some fresh graperfruit & pink peppercorns as garnish .

With Williams GB Extra Dry Gin, William was looking for different flavours that would complement the rich creamy texture of the spirit. Spices are prominent in the selection of botanicals, with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, cloves and liquorice all making an appearance, together with coriander and lemon peel to add citrus notes, for this we garnish this great gin with lemon wheels and mint.

The Malfy Gin Con Arancia is a burst of sunshine inspired by the Amalfi coast. Italian oranges combined with a selection of ripe Sicilian blood oranges are blended with the finest botanicals and handpicked juniper to create a succulent and vibrant flavour.
We add a tad little bit of orange juice to this cocktail to further bring out the orangeness in this great cocktail.
