We decided to set a few guidelines about booking larger groups as unfortunately these events affect us when they don’t go as mutually planned. Like this everyone can know where they stand and everybody can enjoy the event!
Bookings between 10-20 people
For us at Salumeria gardens a large booking is over 10 people. So whenever you want to book a table in your name for a group of between 10 to 20 people then this guideline is for you.
The person making the booking is going to be responsible for the booking. This person will be our contact point, so any information or modifications to the booking will need to be made by this person.
We currently don’t charge deposits in advance. The person who books needs to communicate up until 24 hours of the booking, the amount of persons turning up.
No shows on the day are frowned upon. When a booking of 20 people becomes 12 on the day, that means we lost a seating of 8.
If organizing your own event, best to collect a sum of money from each person to ensure that they will turn up, say € 10 per person. Like this the people who say “they are coming” are more committed.
It is also good to note that we don’t split bills. The itemized bill will be brought to the table, you may decide how to pay but we are not able to segment the bill per person. The group must decide how they would like to split. If any persons for what ever reason think they do not want to go ahead with this system, it would be best to inform them in advance to just order and pay as they go at the bar.
Yes you may bring a cake! We don’t have candles and we won’t play happy birthday over the speakers. You may “sing” and you definitely may have a great time! 😉

Larger Stand up events
We have a section of our place which caters to larger stand up type of events, this would accommodate the 40 – 60 region. For this we put together a mixture of tables for a few people to sit down on and high tables with stools. We take this on a case by case as every event has different necessities. We don’t do open bar but we require a minimum spend.
Regarding food options we are very flexible, from flying pizza to platters and a mix in between.
Bookings between 40-80 people

Private events
We also do private events here at Salumeria Gardens. Depending upon the requests we are able to accommodate up to 150 guests seated and/or more depending upon the kind of request.
We do not do live band music in the evenings.
We are able to host a multitude of events, from corporate to wedding anniversaries. We understand that these are special days and we do our best to make sure they are unique.
Help us understand exactly what you have in mind. The most important things when considering these types of events are:
The type of event you would like to host.
Tell us if its an anniversary, company event. Describe what you have in mind
The date of your event.
Most of the time these are very specific and we need to be available for you on that date.
The amount of people.
This is important from our side for staffing reasons.
Desired budget.
