Where are we situated?

In the heart of Spinola, lies a mature garden that overlooks a palace. Nestled among landmark establishments and in between Portomaso & the new Zaha Hadid Torsion building is where you will find us. With one entrance right on the busy St.Georges road, as soon as you enter, the noise and hassle disappears and all the flowers take up place together with some subtle tasteful music.
We will welcome you for a couple of drinks, a bite and our customary friendly smile.

Both Pab & Max find it very important to stay in touch with absolutely everything that goes on in the Salumeria world. Both Valletta & Spinola. This might not exactly be the right approach when dealing with multiple locations together with the outside catering and the Salumeria Cheese & Charcuterie wedding tables, but its how we decided to do it. We like to keep things personal and we do our damn best to keep it that way.

There are more than enough multinational franchises in the world were people are merely numerical consumers. We believe that our friends visit us because they are searching for something a little more offbeat, some kind of quirky, rough round the edges (in a good way).
