Reservations & Payments
Booking and payment policies
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
- We accept major credit cards, cash, and contactless payments
- Special dietary requirements must be communicated during booking
- Large group bookings (8+ people) may require a deposit
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made
Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before your booking time
- No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee for large groups
- We understand emergencies happen - please call us to discuss
- Event bookings have specific cancellation terms outlined in separate agreements
- Weather-related cancellations for outdoor seating will be accommodated
