Reservations & Payments

Booking and payment policies

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and contactless payments
  • Special dietary requirements must be communicated during booking
  • Large group bookings (8+ people) may require a deposit
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made

Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations

  • Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before your booking time
  • No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee for large groups
  • We understand emergencies happen - please call us to discuss
  • Event bookings have specific cancellation terms outlined in separate agreements
  • Weather-related cancellations for outdoor seating will be accommodated

  • Salumeria Gardens is not liable for personal items lost or stolen on premises
  • Customers must inform staff of allergies and dietary restrictions

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • Photography for commercial purposes requires prior permission
  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas as per Malta law
